Exercising Effectively (at home) Checklist

COVID-19 has created a huge change for most people, and many of us are struggling to find the right exercise solution now. Keep in mind though, this won’t last forever, and it is forcing us to think outside the box. There is always a silver lining, we just need to find it!

The keys are Planning & Consistency

  1. What do you want to achieve

  2. What is the most appropriate form of exercise

  3. What are your physical & health limitations

  4. What do you enjoy doing

  5. What resources do you have available

  6. When do you have the time to exercise

  7. How often are you going to exercise

  8. What do you enjoy doing

  9. Write it or Type it

 

Consistency: you don’t have to be perfect but a level of consistency is paramount.

Answering the questions above will give you a plan that will determine your consistency levels. My advice would be to have three levels:

  1. Amazing: what you would be delighted with

  2. Great: what you would be very pleased with

  3. Good: what you would be happy with
