Daily affirmations of successes are crucial. Each step ultimately completes your path to ‘shaping your future’. Consistent reflection will give you confidence that you’ are on your right path, even if some days don’t go quite to plan.

Or it will quickly highlight a need for modifications. Thus not delaying your progress. Together we will decide on the appropriate modifications. Your plan is a ‘Test and See’. Not a ‘Set and Hope.’ Stay curious.

With your next Milestone in mind, ask yourself at the end of the day (& week) :

1. What went well today ?

2. What was my most significant achievement towards my next milestone?

3. What didn’t go so well ?

4. What lessons have I learnt?

5. What do I need to add in or realign with my next milestone?

6. How am I faring in my metrics of success.

Be impatient with action but patient with results
